An evening of friends, fizz, and festive cheer. Whilst enjoying utterly delicious wines from il Cattivo, guests will be guided though a delicious menu bursting with Italian flavours. All dishes are designed to make Christmas day as cruisy as possible with lots of do-ahead dishes and tips to make the day as fun and stress-free as possible.

Showcasing our states finest produce and suppliers, wines will be paired with recipes featuring delights such as Lobster crostini, the perfect make-the-day-before-salad, and an absolutely scrumptious juicy bird – brined to perfection! Tender, bomb-proof and impossible to f*ck up!

This deliciousness will all be finished off with my favourite do-ahead dessert - a guaranteed crowd pleaser. All recipes will have an Italian twist to match wines from il Cattivo whilst styled on stunning flatware from In The Round House to pair perfectly with their Italian inspired dining range.

Tickets are $55 per head (inc GST) and include light refreshments – sanity on Christmas Day having done the workshop – complimentary.
